Hurricane Recovery Resources


When disaster strikes any part of our communities, we band together to provide any assistance we can.  If you are in need of resources post-Hurricane Ian, please see the list of resources below.  If you are in Hardee or DeSoto County and need assistance setting medical appointments or completing applications for health-related assistance, please reach out to our HD CHW Prrogram. 

DCF Assistance

The Department of Children and Families has assistance available for our communities impacted by Hurricane Ian. This assistance includes Emergency Authorization for Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (D-SNAP).  To find our more information on D-SNAP and other DCF post-Hurricane Ian resources, click the link below.
